What about how Ariel and her sisters are based off the 7 seas and Ariel and her mother are of the Red Sea. And it is said the mom died from a pirate, and in the Peter Pan movies the mermaids were also mean to Wendy. Who is later shows a mermaid with Red hair, I think this is Ariel’s mother.

In middle school, we did a play about Peter Pan and my drama teacher told us (the girl playing tinker bell could not like the girl playing Wendy) because tinkbell was supposed to be jealous that Wendy and Peter Pan were getting close, because tinker bell liked Peter Pan.
