Dog Friendly Estes Park, Colorado

Even though I’m back in Florida, I’m definitely not over our recent Colorado adventure. Estes Park completely stole my heart, and if you’re planning a trip with your pup, here are some of our favorite dog-friendly things to do while you’re there:

• Stay at Rustic Acre—one of the few places that allows you to safely leave your dog crated in the cabin if you’re heading into Rocky Mountain National Park, where dogs aren’t allowed on most trails.

• Grab coffee and feed the ducks at the charming Coffee On The Rocks (a local favorite).

• Hike Kruger Rock for stunning views that are well worth the climb.

• Take a peaceful walk along the Estes Lake Trail—beautiful any time of day.

• Check out Dog Supply Estes Park and Estes Paws Co. for local treats, gear, and good vibes.

• And don’t miss the Pika Scavenger Hunt downtown—it’s a fun, dog-friendly way to explore the heart of Estes!

Estes Park is such a special town that truly celebrates the bond between humans and their dogs. I already can’t wait to go back.
