1. Beach:
Something about the ocean is so soothing, peaceful, refreshing to me. I can just listen to the sounds of the waves and be mute the entire time. & I’ll see a huge difference…
2. Gym:
Once I’m in the gym, I don’t even think about NOTHING. I have my music going, and really just be in my own world. By time I’m done with my session, all I’m thinking about relaxing. Not what I’m dealing with mentally.
3. Selfcare Journal/workbook:
So I love creating my own work books. They help in so many ways. Keep me balanced, up to date with daily task, motivates me etc. All around it helps my anxious thoughts.
