2024 Author Wrapped
WHAT A YEAR!! It was my first year as an indie author and I am soo proud of what I accomplished so far. I’m excited to continue on this journey, write more stories, and connect with more readers. I have some fun things planned (keep an eye out next week 👀)

Even though I hate goals (bc of my fear of failure lolol), I jotted some down. I feel like some are playing it safe while others are wildly out there (cough cough number 8) BUT why not put them out there and ✨manifest✨

The experience of being an indie author is both challenging and rewarding. As I reflect on my journey, the importance of setting goals becomes clear. Writing more stories, engaging with readers, and exploring new genres like fantasy and romance are top priorities for 2025. Additionally, creating a community around my work by starting a street team and improving my content strategy are essential steps. Looking to the future, I aim to finish writing all my current novellas and kick off a new paranormal contemporary romance series. With ambitions to increase reader engagement, I also plan to establish a quarterly newsletter and delve into opportunities for audio or foreign rights to broaden my reach. The power of manifestation and aiming high, even with "delulu" goals, is what keeps the spirit alive in the indie author community. Thank you to everyone who has supported my debut year, and let’s continue this storytelling adventure together, cultivating a passion for creating diverse narratives!
