I regret buying the Galaxy Z Flip...

I love how compact the phone is...I love the gif cover screen, how customizable the phone is in general. I don't mind the texting but overall this phone just feels cheap and over heats WAY too much doing the most basic, simple things.

I got this phone originally to vlog and post more but unfortunately, this phone is not compatible with most social media apps and ive posted less because the quality is just so bad...iOS is much more smooth and operates with platforms a lot better.

Sadly, I will be returning to iphone as soon as I can ♡

anyone else feel this way or have these issues??

... Read moreHaving used the Galaxy Z Flip 7 extensively, I can relate to the frustrations mentioned here. While the phone's compact design and customizable gif cover screen are a delight, the overall experience is hampered by frequent overheating even when performing simple tasks like recording short videos. This makes it almost impossible to use the phone for live streaming or vlogging, as it overheats and shuts down quickly. Additionally, I've noticed the same glitchy behavior when sending or receiving photos, which often appear pixelated or distorted. This is particularly disappointing for anyone who relies on quick and clear photo sharing. The issues with video upload quality on social media platforms are even more problematic—regardless of the settings, the output is subpar. Compared to iOS devices, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 does not integrate well with popular social media apps, leading to a compromised user experience. From a personal perspective, if your primary use case involves content creation or social media interaction, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 might be more of a hindrance than a help. While Android offers great customization and flexibility, in this case, the hardware and software optimization falls short of expectations. Returning to an iPhone after my upgrade is something I’m seriously considering for smoother app operation and better camera performance. For those who prioritize compactness and novel design, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is appealing, but be prepared for these significant usability challenges. Community feedback suggests these problems are common, so weigh these factors carefully before making a purchase.

so I've had mine for few months. I had a s24 ultra. I liked it at first but I've become less And less impressed the only thing I liked was being able to easily carry it in my pocket at work. I ordered a s26 ultra yesterday. I'm gonna stick to the ultra phones. it just wasn't my cup of tea.
