Having used the Galaxy Z Flip 7 extensively, I can relate to the frustrations mentioned here. While the phone's compact design and customizable gif cover screen are a delight, the overall experience is hampered by frequent overheating even when performing simple tasks like recording short videos. This makes it almost impossible to use the phone for live streaming or vlogging, as it overheats and shuts down quickly. Additionally, I've noticed the same glitchy behavior when sending or receiving photos, which often appear pixelated or distorted. This is particularly disappointing for anyone who relies on quick and clear photo sharing. The issues with video upload quality on social media platforms are even more problematic—regardless of the settings, the output is subpar. Compared to iOS devices, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 does not integrate well with popular social media apps, leading to a compromised user experience. From a personal perspective, if your primary use case involves content creation or social media interaction, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 might be more of a hindrance than a help. While Android offers great customization and flexibility, in this case, the hardware and software optimization falls short of expectations. Returning to an iPhone after my upgrade is something I’m seriously considering for smoother app operation and better camera performance.
