but don’t give me any suggestions bc i won’t take it
I enjoy structuring my day around focused workout sessions like Ribcage Training, which typically happens at 9:30 am. Starting the day with a glass of orange juice provides a natural boost of vitamins and energy before exercising. For lunch around noon, I prefer light but satisfying options such as steamed soup dumplings, which are not only delicious but also easy to digest, fueling me without feeling heavy. Later in the afternoon, I look forward to a balanced meal like pep pizza paired with a fresh salad around 5:00 pm. This combination offers a good mix of protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates to replenish energy and support recovery after training. To stay refreshed, I often sip on cherry ginger ale, which is both tasty and helps soothe digestion. By 9:00 pm, I usually have a smaller snack or meal to wrap up the day, ensuring I don't go to bed hungry but also maintaining good portion control. I once counted that I had four meals that day, balancing calorie intake with energy expenditure from my workout. This intentional approach to eating around training times helps me feel good and stay motivated. Everyone's nutrition needs are unique, and while I prefer not to take unsolicited suggestions, sharing my routine might inspire others to discover what works best for their own training and lifestyle goals.
