1. Spending time in the Word: Apart from God, I feel totally out of whack! It is the MOST essential part of my routine.

2. Buy flowers once a week: I LOVE tulips, they elevate my space so much! Every time I see a tulip, I think of God's beauty. (P.S. My brother bought all of the flowers you see, so shout out to him haha!!)

3. Pamper myself: I either do a DIY at-home manicure or get a dip manicure at the salon!

4. Move my body: I am a competitive athlete, and I work out for over 20 hours a week. Walking, running, lifting, soccer, pilates, and other forms of exercise all help me physically and mentally.

5. Decorate my space: My room means a lot to me! I decorate it with flowers, new bedding, wall art, and all things pink.

6. Spend time outdoors: God created this beautiful Earth for us to enjoy! I love beaches, sunsets, sunrises, and sunny days. Seeing God's beautiful creation always cheers me up.

7. Skincare: I fully healed my skin after an interesting season of improper skin care. My favorite brands are La Roche-Posay, COSRX, and Beauty of Joseon.

8. Eat balanced meals: I live by the 80% (healthy) and 20% (unhealthy) rule. I also have been intermittent fasting for 2 years. P.S. This is the Chipotle Mango Chicken dish from Moxie's <3.
