His Majesty the King Rat Rajasthan Department, Siam Rajasthan, has kindly produced the Chai Development Foundation to accelerate the construction of bunkers in the border area of Surin Province to protect citizens still living in the vulnerable zone after reports of suffering and security instability from past unrest.
As a result of the unrest on the Thai-Cambodian border, since July 24, 2025, Lieutenant General Adulay Adulchan, a representative of the Chai Development Foundation, has landed a survey area for the well-being of the people in Surin Province, finding that some villagers still live in homes along the border without protection.
When the clashes and gunfire broke out, villagers needed to take shelter in an underpass pipe under the road, while also having misgivings from having unmanned aerial vehicles regularly hover over the village during the night.
The distress was addressed to His Majesty the King, the Royal Highness of the Royal Highness, Siam Ratchakumari, who closely monitored the situation and was concerned for the safety of the people, so he kindly produced the Chai Development Foundation to speed up the construction of bunkers in two unprotected villages: Sangkha District and Bueshed District, Surin Province.
The Chai Development Foundation has coordinated a partnership with the Village Security Kit (B.C.) with immediate shipment of construction equipment materials into the area.
• The first village, the construction of a bunker with three converse blocks in two places, accommodating 20-30 people each, was completed on August 5.
• The second village, using six converse blocks, accommodating 50-60 people, was completed on August 6.
