Open the details of half a plus project.
On October 7, 2025, the deputy prime minister and finance minister, Ekniti Nitiprasat, announced the results of the cabinet meeting. The cabinet agreed on a "half plus" project of $44,000 million to stimulate consumption during the fourth quarter, estimated to drive the economy by 0.3-0.4% of GDP.
The program covers 20 million people, with the state contributing 50: 50 through the "Money Bag" app, 200 baht a day (from the original 150 baht) throughout the program, including a limit of 2,000 baht per person for the general public and 2,400 baht for those in the tax system.
The highlight of "Half Plus" has five main plus:
1. Expand the Eligible Group from 18 years of age to 16 years of age and above.
2. Increase the contribution limit to 200 baht / day
3. Enhance entrepreneurial skills by upskills and using technologies such as AI.
4. Increase small enterprises, including entities with incomes not exceeding 1.8 million baht / year.
5. Food Delivery is supported through the "Money Bag" app from Nov 7 to Dec 31 from 6: 00 to 9: 00 p.m.
Eligible qualifications
- Thai nationality, 16 years and older
- State welfare patent not granted as of Oct. 1, 2025
- Not suspended from half project rights. Phase 1-5
Schedule
- Register through the "Money Bag" app, October 20-26, 2025
- Exercise begins Oct. 29-Dec. 31, 2025, 6: 00-11: 00 p.m.
- The first right must be exercised by Nov. 11 or the right will be terminated.
New stores can join the program from 15 Oct-19 Dec 2025 by applying through the Bank of Krungthai or the website www.Money Bag http://xn--72c6a7a0j.com /. Shops that used to participate in the project in half phase 5 can update the "Money Bag" app and agree to the new program immediately.
