Thai education. Crazy degree over ability.
Professor Yong Phuen Wan Royal Academy of Sciences, Center for Specialization in Clinical Virology, School of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, has posted an article expressing concern for the Thai education system.

I'm not surprised why Thailand has signed up to the OECD (The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), because Thailand still respects paper, does not look at the ability of individuals.
Why does everyone grab paper? We have a PhD with a lot of paper. It's not weird because everyone wants it.
