Shine the A-Industry Policy, Thanorn Age, Accelerate the Portfolio for 4 Months
On October 3, 2025, the Minister of Industry, Dr. Thangro Wang Boon, gave the policy to civil servants and senior executives, announcing the vision "to move Thai industry into the future," reiterating that "the industry is the main mechanism for creating jobs, generating income and enhancing the country's competitiveness."
Under the strategic framework "Breakthrough-Tooth-Pull-Push," the Ministry of Industry aims to restructure the Thai economy to keep pace with global changes in technology, digital innovation and clean energy, amid the pressures of trade wars, counter-tariff measures and complex environmental problems every day. In order to make these goals happen, the Ministry has clearly laid out the driving guidelines in each area:
Sire - Cope with the crisis of trade wars and countervailing tax measures (Reciprocal Tariff) by speeding up the aid of affected SMEs, enhancing liquidity through 1 million baht of low-interest loans, preventing dumping, and upgrading digital native verification systems to create transparent and sustainable competition.
Tooth - decisively organize industry, suppress bootleg factories, non-standard smuggling and industrial waste dumping, ready to enforce strict laws, along with upgrading environmental measures such as installing real-time pollution monitoring systems and reducing cane burning through supporting farmers.
Draw - Attract investment with two main approaches: drive BCG and clean energy, raise Thai manufacturing to international standards, reduce carbon, reduce energy costs, and open up new economic opportunities through key measures such as the 2030 zero carbon industry, solar rooftop projects, and the industrial carbon market, ready to create a modern and transparent investment environment with regulatory improvements, reduce procedures, promote energy and digital investment, and push forward key laws such as the Industrial Waste Management Act and the TIS Act.
Push - Lay the foundation to the industry of the future; Support SMEs access to technology and develop workforce skills; Push targeted industries including electric vehicles, batteries, digital-AI-semiconductor, food of the future and bio-economy; while complementing strategic industries in medicine, health technology and oil palms, including accelerating the problem of wearing goods rights to export and sweeping goods without standards; TIS to prevent foreign trade exclusion.
According to Dr. Thangron, all measures must be implemented within 120 days to reassure investors and enhance the quality of life of the public. Many projects can move forward immediately because they are in line with the current government's guidelines.

นโยบายของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมในยุคของ ดร. ธนกร วังบุญคงชนะ นับว่าครอบคลุมและตอบโจทย์ความท้าทายที่ประเทศไทยและภาคอุตสาหกรรมเผชิญในปัจจุบันอย่างครบถ้วน โดยเฉพาะยุทธศาสตร์ “ฝ่า–ฟัน–ดึง–ดัน” ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับ 4 ด้านหลัก ทั้งการรับมือสงครามการค้าและมาตรการภาษีตอบโต้ผ่านการช่วยเหลือ SMEs ด้วยเงินกู้ดอกเบี้ยต่ำ และการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อตรวจสอบถิ่นกำเนิดสินค้าให้โปร่งใส ช่วยยกระดับความเชื่อมั่นในการแข่งขันของสินค้าไทยในตลาดโลก นอกจากนี้ การจัดระเบียบอุตสาหกรรมและการปราบปรามโรงงานเถื่อนถือเป็นการฟันฝ่าวิกฤติด้านมลพิษและสินค้าต่ำมาตรฐาน เพื่อปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อมและสร้างความเป็นธรรมในตลาดผ่านมาตรการตรวจสอบมลพิษแบบเรียลไทม์และการสนับสนุนเกษตรกรลดการเผาอ้อย ซึ่งมีผลดีโดยตรงต่อนโยบายสิ่งแวดล้อมระดับประเทศและความยั่งยืน ในส่วนของการดึงดูดการลงทุน กระทรวงได้เน้นการขับเคลื่อนโมเดลเศรษฐกิจ BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) และส่งเสริมพลังงานสะอาด เช่น โครงการ Solar Rooftop และตลาดคาร์บอนอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงการปรับปรุงกฎหมายสำคัญเพื่อลดอุปสรรคทางธุรกิจ สร้างสภาพแวดล้อมลงทุนที่ดึงดูดนักลงทุนต่างชาติและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ สุดท้าย การดันสนับสนุน SMEs ให้เข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่และพัฒนาทักษะแรงงาน เพื่อสร้างอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต เช่น ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า แบตเตอรี่ ดิจิทัล–AI–เซมิคอนดักเตอร์ อาหารแห่งอนาคต และชีวเศรษฐกิจ รวมทั้งอุตสาหกรรมยุทธศาสตร์ด้านการแพทย์และเทคโนโลยีสุขภาพ ถือเป็นการวางรากฐานเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน รวมถึงการกวาดล้างสินค้าที่ไม่มีมาตรฐาน มอก. ช่วยป้องกันการกีดกันทางการค้าและรักษาภาพลักษณ์สินค้าไทยในระดับสากล มาตรการทั้งหมดนี้เน้นการเร่งดำเนินการภายใน 120 วัน สร้างความมั่นใจแก่นักลงทุนและประชาชน ขณะเดียวกันก็สะท้อนทิศทางที่ชัดเจนของกระทรวงในการผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมไทยสู่อนาคตที่เน้นความยั่งยืนและความโปร่งใส โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเข้ามาเป็นแกนหลักในการบริหารจัดการและพัฒนาภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
