Hey Lemon8 fam! As we sail through 2024, I'm excited to share the wellness habits that are sculpting my year into a canvas of positivity and health. Here's how I'm nurturing my mind, body, and soul. ✨

🌬️ Saging My Space. I'm keeping up with regularly saging my space. It’s like a breath of fresh air for my home, casting away any negative vibes and filling it with tranquil energy. This ritual keeps my environment harmoniously balanced and positively vibrant.

🛁 Herbal Detox Baths. Bath time is 'me time,' and I’m loving it! Infusing the water with detoxifying herbs not only rejuvenates my body but also calms my mind. It’s a double treat of wellness and relaxation, and I’m doing it more often because why not? Baths are my absolute favorite!

🧘‍♀️ Meditation & Manifestation. Starting and ending my day with meditation has been a game-changer. It aligns my thoughts with my goals, supercharging my days and nights with intention and focus. Combined with prayer and visualization, it’s like a power boost for manifesting my dreams.

🙏 Gratitude Galore. Each day, I'm counting my blessings, big and small. Expressing gratitude for my life, the incredible people in it, and all the things I’ve achieved. It's about cherishing the present and fueling my future with positive vibes.

💆‍♀️ Skincare Rituals. My skin is thanking me for sticking to my skincare routine! Consistency is key, and it shows. Glowing skin is always in, and I'm here for it.

⏳ Embracing Slow Moments. Learning to pause and enjoy the stillness has been so rewarding. Whether it’s a quiet coffee break or a leisurely walk, slowing down is the new speeding up for me.

💅 Clean Girl Nails ONLY. Keeping it chic with clean girl nails. It's the little details that elevate the everyday into something special. Major 'it girl' vibes only!

🏋️‍♀️ Fitness Goals. Mixing it up with HIIT, Pilates, and heavy lifting 5-7 times a week. It’s about feeling strong, empowered, and full of energy. And yes, clean eating is the way, but hey, life is short, and so is my love for cookies and that yummy lavender poppy seed gelato!

🍴 Culinary Adventures 😋 I'm spicing up my kitchen game by trying new recipes. Food is an adventure, and I'm the explorer! Got any delicious recipes to share? Send them my way! 🥘

🎵 Sound Bowl Serenity.💆🏼‍♀️Weekly singing bowl sessions is my type of therapy. The sound vibrations are like a melody to my soul, and I can't get enough of it.

🌺 Divine Feminine Flow 💕Tapping into my divine feminine energy, exploring its depth and power. It's all about embracing softness, strength, and everything in between.

🌹 Weekly Flower Power! Brightening my space with fresh flowers every week because happiness blooms from within... and in my kitchen 🙃🌼
