Hey lovelies! 🌺✨ In today's hustle, taking care of our gut health has become more of a trend, but oh-so-importantly, a necessity! We often race after greens and supplements to keep our tummies happy, but guess what? The most magical remedies are waiting to be whipped up right in our cozy kitchens with the gorgeous gifts from Mother Earth. 🍋🌱

Recently, I embarked on a juicing journey, adding a special ingredient to my routine—beets! 🍇 Yes, darling, those earthy beauties are not just for salads; they're my new bestie for battling fibroids. Amazing, right? Beets are like the unsung heroines for women’s health, offering a bounty of benefits from boosting our digestion to waving bye-bye to toxins.

I add watermelon 🍉 for hydration, lemons 🍋 for that zesty kick, and a dash of cayenne pepper for a little spice of life plus more! And to top it off, I add in some spirulina or sea moss(one or the other)—my absolute faves for that extra superfood power. Sea moss, in particular, is my go-to for adding a rich, mineral-packed boost to my juices.

I've lovingly nicknamed this concoction Blood Shots because of its vibrant color. ♥️ We take these shots first thing in the morning, and let me tell you, it's like a sunrise party for your gut, full of all the amazing benefits from these fruits and veggies combined.

And, of course, I can't forget about my all-time favorite green juice! 🍃 It's a staple in my home, keeping me refreshed, hydrated, and oh-so-regular. Drinking a cup or two daily is like a mini spa treatment for my insides.
