Beyond the amazing seeded watermelons and vibrant Cara Cara oranges I picked up this time, I always make a point to explore their seasonal organic offerings. I'm always adding fresh greens like baby spinach, or root veggies like carrots to my basket. They’re perfect for whipping up quick salads, stir-fries, or even adding a nutrient boost to my morning smoothies. Speaking of smoothies, don't forget staples like lemons, ginger, and blueberries – Sprouts' quality for these is always top-notch and they really elevate any blend. Cucumbers are also a staple for refreshing snacks or infused water! Next up, Smart Snacking & Hydration. While I definitely treat myself to things like Van Leeuwen ice cream bars and Bubbies Mochi (the passion fruit flavor is a game-changer!), Sprouts has so many excellent everyday healthy snack options. The bulk section is a goldmine for nuts – I load up on almonds, walnuts, and cashews for quick energy boosts. You can find so many varieties there, often fresher and cheaper than packaged alternatives. For drinks, I always grab coconut water for natural electrolytes, and I’ve been loving trying new sparkling options like that raspberry lychee drink. Alkaline water is also a great addition to my hydration routine. For my Pantry & Meal Prep Staples, Sprouts has consistently great options. Dave's Killer Bread, especially the varieties with no added sugar, is a constant in my cart – it’s hearty, packed with whole grains, and makes the best toast.
