My Holistic Approach to Fibroids & PCOS+ Healing 🫶

🌸✨ My Holistic Journey to Healing Fibroids & Hormonal Imbalances Pt 1.✨🌸

Hey ladies! 💖 I know firsthand how challenging it can be to deal with fibroids and other hormonal illnesses such as PCOS etc., and I want you to know you're not alone. 🌷 It took me a while to find what worked for me, but through holistic practices, I’m finally starting to feel better. Here’s what I’ve been doing to support my healing and take care of my body:⬇️

1. Castor Oil Packs for Fibroid Relief 🧴✨

Castor oil packs have been a total game-changer for me! 💆🏽‍♀️ I apply them to my abdomen 3-4 times a week to help reduce inflammation and support my body’s detoxification process. They’re soothing and feel like a warm hug for your tummy. 💖

2. Yoni Steaming for Reproductive Health 🌸🧖🏽‍♀️

Yoni steaming (aka vaginal steaming) has become a self-care ritual I LOVE. 🫶🏽 It’s believed to balance hormones, ease menstrual cramps, and support overall womb health. I usually do this 1-2 times a month, and it’s such a relaxing way to connect with my body. 💫

3. Raspberry Leaf Tea & Herbal Goodness 🍵💚

Sipping on raspberry leaf tea has been one of my favorite ways to support hormone balance. 💖 It’s rich in nutrients that are great for women’s health. Other teas like ginger and peppermint are also amazing for reducing inflammation and balancing hormones naturally. 🌿🍵

4. Citrus Fruits for Hormone Balance 🍊🍋

I LOVE my citrus fruits! 🍊 They’re packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, helping reduce inflammation and support my liver’s detox process. Plus, they taste so fresh and delicious, and they’re great for keeping my hormones in check. 🍋💛

5. Juicing for a Nutrient Boost 🥒🍏

Juicing has been my go-to since my myomectomy, especially when I need an easy way to nourish my body. 🌱💚 It’s packed with essential nutrients, boosts my energy, supports digestion, and helps me stay hydrated while balancing my hormones. 💧

6. Regular Exercise & HIIT Workouts 🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽

Working out has been my therapy! 💦 I hit the gym 5-6 times a week with a mix of cardio HIIT and weightlifting. Exercise has helped me so much, not only physically but mentally too. It’s kept me strong, balanced my hormones, and helped me manage fibroids. 💖✨

7. Eating Clean for Hormonal Health 🥗🍇

I've learned that what we eat plays such a big role in our health! 🌱 I avoid processed foods, sugar, and dairy as much as possible, and instead focus on fresh veggies, fruits, healthy fats, and lean proteins. These foods help reduce inflammation and balance hormones naturally. 🍓🥑

Ladies, healing takes time, but I’m sending so much love to anyone going through this journey! 💖 Remember, you’re strong, and you deserve to feel your best. 🌸 If you have any questions or need a little support, I’m here for you! 🫶🏽
