🌟 Morning Power-Up 💪🏽I start my day with an invigorating workout, setting a positive tone for what's ahead. It’s my secret to a day filled with energy and clarity! I do workout everyday but a combination of Pilates, weight lifting, deep stretching, and cardio and I do love to dance 💃🏼 so that counts too ha-ha.

💧 Refreshing Ice Facials 🧊Dunking my face in ice-cold water wakes me up better than coffee and keeps my skin looking fresh and vibrant.I try to do this everyday but not as easy so I sometimes use my ice roller or a frozen cucumber 😉

📖 Grounding and Gratitude in Scripture 🙏🏽Diving into the Bible provides me with peace and perspective, reinforcing my faith and focus throughout the day. I don’t like to identify with a religion but I do believe in having a strong sense of spirituality. ♥️

🧘 Mindful Meditation: I carve out time to sit in stillness, centering my thoughts and cultivating a sense of inner calm that lasts all day.

🐾 Cuddles with Jager 🐶 Slowing down to cuddle with my dog Jager is a joy that replenishes my heart and soul true moments of just peace and comfort. 🥰
