How I make it⬇️
1️⃣ Add dried hibiscus flower into a reusable tea bag → drop it into your pitcher.
2️⃣ Add your green tea
→ For a single serving, use 1–2 green tea bags.
→ For a big batch (1 gallon pitcher) — like I’m making here — use about 4–6 green tea bags, depending on how strong you like it!
3️⃣ Fill with hot water → let steep until vibrant & flavorful.
4️⃣ Sweeten to taste → I rotate between raw honey, organic agave, or hibiscus syrup (all so good!).
5️⃣ Chill & serve over ice.

If you're looking to elevate your summer drink game, trying Hibiscus tea is a must! Known for its vibrant color and tangy flavor, this tea not only refreshes but also boasts numerous health benefits. Rich in antioxidants, hibiscus helps combat oxidative stress, supports heart health, and may even aid in reducing blood pressure. Combined with green tea, you get an extra boost of catechins, which are beneficial for metabolism and overall wellness. To make this delightful beverage, you can use either dried hibiscus flowers or hibiscus tea bags. The method is straightforward: steep the hibiscus flowers (or bags) in hot water for 10-15 minutes to extract the rich color and flavor. Add green tea bags for an energy boost and to enjoy the combined health benefits. Sweeten it to your liking with options like honey, agave nectar, or hibiscus syrup for a unique twist. Serve chilled over ice for a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. Not only does it taste amazing, but it also looks stunning, making it a perfect centerpiece for gatherings or a soothing drink for relaxation. Don't forget to experiment with garnishes like fresh mint or lemon slices for added flavor. This Hibiscus Iced Tea is more than just a drink; it's a beautiful way to stay hydrated and healthy during those warm summer months!

I got hibiscus tea and mixed it with pomegranate green tea from that same brand so good! Will have to try that syrup though!
