Many moms face the dilemma of weaning or continuing to pump after returning to work. It’s essential to connect with other moms who are navigating similar challenges. One choice can significantly affect your time management and emotional well-being. Research shows that continued breastfeeding can have health benefits for both mother and baby, but it might also come with additional stress for working moms. Consider establishing a supportive routine that allows you to maintain your breastfeeding goals while managing your job responsibilities. Don’t hesitate to seek advice from other moms who’ve been through this experience. Join online forums and local mommy groups where you can share your experiences and ask for support. Tools such as breast pumps and scheduling techniques can help make the transition smoother. Moreover, understanding your rights as a nursing mother at the workplace can be empowering. Employers are encouraged to provide a supportive environment for breastfeeding mothers, which can significantly help as you navigate this new phase of life. Whether you choose to wean or continue pumping, the important thing is that you make the decision that best suits your family and personal comfort. Keep sharing your journey, as every mom's experience can inspire and help others in similar situations.

Depends what you do for work however legally you are entitled to break to pump for your baby! Take a 15 every 3 hours if you are able to, if not there is no harm in switching your baby to formula it’s whatever you’re more comfortable with
