International Marketing 💻 Job Review Social Graduation Edition
Since graduation, we have been working on the Marketing line, even though we have not graduated directly. Today I want to review the International Marketing position and share how to come to work in this line. 💻⭐
We have been doing International Marketing in the Retail line for almost a year (before that, Sales & Marketing with QA). It is said that it is another very fun marketing line. The more we work with foreign countries, the more our world is open. 🌎
Our main job is to oversee Online media & KOL, and there will be promotion, planning, study of the target audience. There are many points that are secretly different from the Thai market, but this is fun and new skills. 🤍
Can not finish directly?
- Get 100% focus on studying Marketing further and deployment. We did not finish the line (social end), but also took the sense of deployment, and also never practiced in Marketing (Covid 555 era).
- More Marketing courses are recommended. Now very easy to find on the Internet. We mainly focus on Cousera with Google.
- If you want to be late, Media or Content may try to collect your work, make your own channel, or make content for others.
Where to apply for a job?
- Most of the time, we only find Jobs with LinkedIn because there are a lot of foreign companies, big companies.
How to get a marketing job
- Focus on writing Resume to align with job description and Quolification. (This is the end of the social line. Do a lot of research on society and humans. Write that there is an analysis of human behavior, which can be used to study the marketing of the target audience.)
- Put on the Skill he wants (but it really has to be).
- Before the interview, recommend to study about the company. If you want to do Inter market, recommend to study which nation is the main market in Thailand. What is the behavior? How to market this nation?
If anyone is interested in marketing, the international marketing line may try to apply. Do not be afraid that it does not end well, because this line can all be deployed. 🤍
จากประสบการณ์ตรงการทำงาน International Marketing ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าต่างชาติ ต้องบอกเลยว่าสายงานนี้ท้าทายและเปิดโลกมาก เราจำเป็นต้องเข้าใจเรื่องวัฒนธรรม ความชอบ และพฤติกรรมของนักช้อปแต่ละชาติต่างกันอย่างไร เพราะการตลาดระหว่างประเทศไม่ใช่แค่การแปลภาษา แต่ต้องปรับกลยุทธ์และเนื้อหาให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่มเป้าหมาย สิ่งนี้ช่วยให้แคมเปญประสบความสำเร็จและสินค้าเป็นที่จดจำมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การดูแลสื่อออนไลน์และ KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) ก็สำคัญมากในงานนี้ เพราะเราต้องเลือกตัวแทนที่เหมาะสมสำหรับแต่ละตลาด พร้อมติดตามผลการทำงานและปรับแต่งแผนให้ตรงตามเป้าหมาย การทำงานกับทีมจากหลากหลายประเทศทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม ฝึกทักษะภาษาอังกฤษให้พัฒนายิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งต้องสามารถใช้เครื่องมือการตลาดออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook Ads และ Google Ads ได้บ้างเพื่อวิเคราะห์และวางแผนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คนที่จบไม่ตรงสายสังคมเหมือนกันและสนใจงานสายนี้ แนะนำให้เริ่มต้นจากการเรียนคอร์สออนไลน์ที่เข้มข้น เช่น Coursera หรือคอร์สของ Google เพื่อเสริมความรู้พื้นฐาน และลองสร้างผลงานของตนเองเช่น ทำบล็อกหรือคลิปวิดีโอเกี่ยวกับการตลาด หรือทดลองทำโปรเจกต์เล็กๆ เพื่อสะสมประสบการณ์และแสดงให้ผู้สมัครงานเห็นว่าเรามีความกระตือรือร้นจริงจัง ตอนเขียนเรซูเม่ พยายามเน้นทักษะวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมมนุษย์และการวิจัยตลาดที่เราได้ศึกษามา เพราะนี่คือจุดแข็งของคนที่ไม่ได้จบสายตรง ช่วยให้เราดูโดดเด่นในสายตาของนายจ้าง และเตรียมตัวสัมภาษณ์อย่าลืมศึกษาข้อมูลบริษัทและตลาดประเทศเป้าหมายเสียก่อน เพื่อตอบคำถามได้อย่างมั่นใจ ทั้งนี้ การทำงาน International Marketing จะทำให้เราได้รับโอกาสพัฒนาทักษะหลากหลายและเปิดมุมมองใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ แม้ว่างานจะหลากหลายและต้องปรับตัวรวดเร็ว แต่ก็ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีมากสำหรับคนที่มองหาความท้าทายและอยากทำงานกับคนจากทั่วโลก
