💪My Meal Catalog for Gaining Weight
Last time I checked in with y’all about my meal logging I was about 117.3 lb. Today I weighed in, and to my surprise, not only have I fairly maintained my weight but I’ve also added to it🥰. 1 lb up and many more to go! My goal is to gain (AND MAINTAIN!!) 125 lbs by the end of this year. Currently, I’ve only been working out at home and doing exercises to heal my diastasis recti. I’ll give updates on that too! By next week I want to start going to the gym to enhance my overall fitness experience and progress. I’ll give another update at the end of the month😊.
