With some friends at Knott’s Berry Farm

Being a Knott's Berry Farm ambassador was truly one of the most unique and rewarding experiences I've ever had! Beyond just meeting amazing people, which was definitely a huge highlight, it really made me feel like I had a special connection to the park. I got to see so much behind the scenes, learn about its rich history, and genuinely share my passion for this fantastic place with visitors. One of the coolest parts was getting to experience all the different seasons and events. Knott's Berry Farm really shines during special occasions like Knott's Scary Farm in the fall or the Boysenberry Festival in the spring. As an ambassador, I often got early access or special previews, which felt like uncovering little secrets of the park. It was amazing to see how much effort goes into transforming the park for each event, from the spooky mazes to the delicious themed treats. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend checking out their event calendar – it adds a whole new dimension to your trip! Speaking of treats, you absolutely cannot visit Knott's without indulging in some boysenberry delights! From boysenberry pie to boysenberry churros and even boysenberry beer, it's a flavor explosion. My personal favorite was always the boysenberry soft serve – perfect for a warm California day. And don't even get me started on Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant; it’s a classic for a reason, and the fried chicken is simply iconic. Beyond the food, the rides at Knott's are fantastic. While I loved the thrill of GhostRider and Xcelerator, there's also a nostalgic charm to the Calico Mine Ride and Timber Mountain Log Ride. As an ambassador, I appreciated how the park balances heart-pounding coasters with classic family attractions, making it a great destination for all ages. I always told new guests to start their day with the rides they absolutely can't miss, then explore the themed areas like Ghost Town and Camp Snoopy at a more leisurely pace. The people I met, both staff and fellow visitors, truly made my time special. There's a real sense of community at Knott's. Whether it was sharing tips with first-time visitors or just chatting with other enthusiasts, it felt like being part of a big, happy family. It's more than just an amusement park; it's a place where memories are made, traditions are born, and friendships blossom. So, if you're ever in Southern California, I genuinely encourage you to spend a day (or two!) at Knott's Berry Farm. Come for the rides, stay for the food, and soak in the unique atmosphere. You might just find yourself falling in love with its charm, just like I did during my ambassador years!
