The Best Furniture paint!

Pin Description:

Unlock your inner artist with the paint that started a DIY revolution! Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint is the ultimate choice for furniture flippers who want more than just a flat coat of color. Because it’s water-based and high-pigment, it stays workable longer, making it the perfect medium for advanced blending, distressing, and layering.

Whether you’re going for a chippy Farmhouse look or a seamless Boho gradient, this paint provides incredible coverage and a velvety matte finish. It adheres to wood, metal, glass, and even laminate with minimal prep. Say goodbye to heavy sanding and hello to a professional, custom finish that reflects your unique style!

Why Creatives Love Chalk Mineral Paint:

Limitless Blending: Use a Mister Bottle to keep the paint damp and watch colors melt into each other like butter.

Texture & Dimension: Leave it thick for a rustic, "chippy" look, or thin it with water for a smooth, contemporary finish.

Superior Adhesion: Ditch the heavy power-sanding; a simple clean with White Lightning is usually all you need.

Eco-Friendly: Low VOCs and safe to use indoors, so you can flip furniture year-round.

Seal the Deal: Finish your masterpiece with Best Dang Wax for a soft glow or Gator Hide for a "tough-as-nails" water-repellent finish

A lot of people think that in order to paint furniture you have to completely sand off the old finish. Fortunately, that’s not the case! All you need to do is rough up the surface enough for your paint to stick to it. Go over the whole piece with 120 grit sandpaper and you will be good to go!

What Sandpaper Grit To Use: Furniture Flipping Tip
Every piece is different, but this is a good starting point! The lower the grit, the rougher the sandpaper texture. It’s also helpful to note that when you’re moving between grits (if you’ve removed previous finish and now want the wood to be smooth) you will need to work your way up to a highe
