MY LEMO IS MISSING ???

i received a notification that i won my lemo after completing my 21 day challenge and some people i’ve seen also got a notification that said they they had high demand of lemos but i never got that notification because i submitted my information before the notification was sent out so of course i was excited and expecting a shipped notification after my 7-10 days but after 13+ days i still haven’t gotten my lemo!
