I've found so much joy in preparing her fresh salads each day, watching her munch happily. Hydration is key too, and a heavy ceramic bowl for water is often better than a sipper bottle, as it encourages them to drink more. Bonding with a bunny takes patience and understanding. They aren't like cats or dogs, but they form deep connections. Spending quiet time on the floor, letting her approach me on her terms, and offering gentle pets has helped build our trust. It’s truly rewarding when she finally settles down beside me for a head rub.
