I’ll be posting meals and daily updates so follow along for progress.
Feel free to message me as well if you want to join the challenge!!

Hey everyone! So glad you're here to follow along on my journey back to feeling amazing. Like I mentioned in my post, I've definitely been in a bit of a summer slump, and finding the motivation to get back into a healthy routine can be tough. That's why I'm so excited (and a little nervous!) to be taking on the September 75 Medium Challenge. It feels like the perfect way to reset and build some solid habits. You might be wondering, what exactly is the 75 Medium Challenge? It's a fantastic, less intense alternative to the super popular 75 Hard, designed to help you build discipline and sustainable healthy habits over 75 days. The core rules are focused on daily commitment, which I find really helps me stay accountable. Here are the daily tasks I'm committing to, and what you'd typically find on a good 75 Medium Challenge printable tracker (which, by the way, is a lifesaver for staying organized!): Two 30-minute workouts: One must be outdoors. This is a big one for me, making sure I get fresh air regardless of the weather. Follow a healthy diet: No cheat meals, no alcohol. This is where I'll be sharing my meal ideas and recipes! The image of the tracker really highlights the importance of diet tracking. Drink 1 gallon of water: Sounds like a lot, but I'm finding ways to sip throughout the day. A good water bottle marked with measurements helps! Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book: Expanding my mind while building a habit – love this one! Take a daily progress photo: This is so important for seeing how far you've come, even when you don't feel like it. The tracker showing checkboxes for progress photos is a great reminder. No cheat meals: This one definitely requires planning ahead! Many of you might also be curious about the difference between 75 Hard vs. 75 Medium. While both challenges are about discipline and transformation, 75 Medium is often considered more sustainable for beginners or those juggling busy lives (like us moms!). 75 Hard has stricter rules, including two 45-minute workouts (one outdoor, one indoor), no cheat meals *ever*, no alcohol, reading 10 pages of non-fiction, drinking a gallon of water, and daily progress photos. The key differences in 75 Medium are the shorter workout times (30 mins instead of 45) and often a slightly more lenient approach to diet, though still focused on healthy eating. I chose Medium because I wanted a challenge that would push me but also feel achievable with my current schedule. For those looking for a 75 Medium challenge app or printable, there are tons of free resources out there! Having a detailed tracker like the one in my image really makes a difference. It helps me tick off each task and see my progress visually. Some apps even offer reminders, which is super helpful. If you're feeling like you need a similar kickstart or are just curious, please feel free to message me! Whether you're thinking about the 75 Medium or even a 45 Medium Challenge (a shorter version that some people prefer), having a support system makes a huge difference. I'll be sharing all my ups and downs, meal plans, and tips for staying motivated. Let's build healthy habits together!
