XO Khloe
I am not a fan of YSL Libre, but I love the way MIIM.MIIC interprets this scent. It is softer and not as screechy and it is soft enough to compliment XO and allows the soft, powdery and airiness of XO to shine. BBW Touch of Gold adds a the sweetness and fruitiness. This combo is more “perfumey” than I normally wear, but I still enjoyed this combo.

From personal experience exploring fragrance layering, I found that combining scents like XO Khloe with MIIM.MIIC and Bath & Body Works' Touch of Gold creates an elegant and balanced aroma. XO Khloe stands out with its soft, powdery airiness, which surprisingly pairs well with almost any fragrance, making it a versatile base. MIIM.MIIC’s version of YSL Libre brings a softer, less sharp touch that complements XO Khloe’s lightness without overpowering it. This avoids the typical screechy notes often found in YSL Libre, creating a more wearable and subtle scent for day-to-day use. Adding BBW Touch of Gold introduces a hint of sweetness and fruity freshness that rounds out the blend, resulting in a fragrance that’s more complex and "perfumey" than usual but still highly enjoyable. This layering technique opens a new dimension of fragrance personalization, allowing for creative expression through scent. For those who enjoy mixing fragrances, this combo proves that softer, airier scents like XO Khloe can serve as an excellent base for layering with more distinct notes without losing their unique character. It also highlights the joy of discovering how fragrances evolve on the skin when blended, enhancing both longevity and depth. I highly recommend experimenting with such layering, especially if you're looking to soften bolder perfumes or add a fresh twist to your usual scent profile. Keep in mind that the ratios matter—starting with small amounts and adjusting ensures a balanced and pleasing fragrance experience.
