I Flew 4289km for these 10 photos in Jeju 🍊

My first time in Jeju Island and definitely not my last. All locations are easy to get to if you’re driving, and yes, renting a car is still the best way to explore this island 💌

... Read moreJeju Island truly offers a diverse range of attractions that go beyond just beautiful beaches. During my visit, I found that the island’s distinct black sand beaches are not only visually striking but also great for relaxation and gentle walks. The contrast of the volcanic black sand against the blue waters makes for perfect photo opportunities, especially during sunset when the sky casts magical hues. One of my favorite discoveries was Aewol, a charming area filled with cozy cafes along the seaside—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. If you enjoy the ocean, the snorkeling spots around Jeju offer vibrant marine life and clear waters, ideal for both beginners and experienced swimmers. Renting a car unlocked the freedom to explore less-visited locations like Gwakji Gwamul Beach and Woljeongri Beach, each with their unique vibe and stunning views. Beyond natural beauty, Jeju’s climate plays a crucial role in supporting its famous citrus fruit production. The island’s warmth and volcanic soil create the perfect environment for oranges and other citrus fruits to thrive, making locally grown fruit tasting a must-do activity. If you are curious about unique local experiences, visiting the Dokkaebi Road for some quirky street art and exploring the quaint streets of Tin the Town adds to the charm. Overall, summer is an ideal time to visit Jeju, with pleasant weather and a variety of outdoor activities. The blend of natural wonders, delicious local food like mackerel rice bowls, and easy accessibility makes Jeju Island a memorable destination for any traveler seeking both beauty and adventure.

we did a Jeju pws (and here's why you should too!)
In September 2025, my partner and I made an last minute decision to fly into Jeju for a pre-wedding photoshoot. We were lucky that Mondoforest had an availability on our travel dates and the photoshoot experience with them was truly one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding journey

[PART I] our jeju pws ++ how much we spent!
We went to Jeju to take our pre-wedding shoot during the spring blossoms, and honestly it was one of our best decisions ever 🌸✨ We didn’t include flight & accoms costs in this breakdown since we treated the whole trip as a holiday to Korea ❤️ Because spring is one of the most popular seas

JEJU Therapeutic Itinerary 🏝✅✨🥰
This is a place I have been to twice in a year. The difference is that there wasn't any pink muhly grass when I went in April, unlike in October 😍. I love the oranges there. 🍊 I love the breeze and how chill everything is. I love the pace, the food, and all kinds of orange-colored food.
