✨what you need:

• 1 Tbsp edible dried rose petals - organic if possible

• 1/4 cup boiling water

• 1-2 tsp manuka honey or local honey

• 1 cup milk of choice (i used cashew)

• ice (optional)

• 1 tsp matcha

✨how to:

• make rose tea: cover rose petals with boiling water and steep for 5-8 minutes

• add honey, ice and milk to a glass

• whisk matcha with the rose tea

• pour over milk

• enjoy :)

** add more honey if you like it sweeter

** i wouldn’t recommend maple syrup because it overpowers the rose
