I have had sleep issues all my life and I am trying my best to stay away from meds.. I have have been using the mints off and on for two weeks and they work GOOD. With the mints I do not wake up feeling groggy. This is my first time trying the drink mix... I am about to wear my Watch so let's see what my sleep score will be tonight.
