Why do people like to be obtrusive, like to follow this person's story, like to talk about other people in a bad way, like in front of another behind the back

Because humans are social animals, talking about others makes many people feel "themselves involved" with the group, have a conversation, have something to be excited about, or feel temporarily superior to the other person.
Some people like to follow other people because their lives are free, lonely, bored, or have nothing to focus on, so when they see other people's stories, they are entertainment, conversation, or discontent in their hearts.
As for taking other people's things to say badly, sometimes it comes from
• Envy
• Self-confidence
• Want to make yourself look better
• I want people in the group to accept
• Feel empowered to know other people's things
• Or have been done by other people before until they think it's normal
The other face, the other behind the back, because many people are afraid of losing their image, afraid of trouble, afraid of being hated, so they smile in the face but say the other way behind, because it's easier not to face directly.
But in fact, people with these habits are not very happy with themselves. People who are really alive, targeted or happy often do not waste much time on other people's lives, they will spend more time developing themselves.
For those who like peace and don't like chaos like you, meeting these types of people often is annoying and makes them feel very powerless. The best way is not to take the words of an insincere person to value yourself, because those who speak behind their backs often reflect them more than ourselves.
จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าการที่คนหลายคนชอบเสือกหรือสนใจเรื่องของคนอื่นนั้นลึกๆ มาจากความต้องการเติมเต็มบางอย่างในชีวิต เช่น ความเหงา หรือรู้สึกไม่มั่นใจในตัวเอง ซึ่งบางครั้งการเอาเรื่องของคนอื่นมาพูดหรือ 'เสือก' ก็ช่วยสร้างความบันเทิงชั่วคราวให้กับพวกเขา อย่างไรก็ดี เมื่อเราตั้งใจสังเกต จะเห็นว่า การพูดลับหลังหรือแสดงสองมาตรฐาน เช่น ต่อหน้าพูดยิ้มแย้ม หลังพูดลับหลัง เป็นสัญญาณของความกลัวที่จะเผชิญหน้าอย่างตรงไปตรงมา ซึ่งทำให้สังคมรอบตัวมีความเป็นพิษ หรือ Toxic มากขึ้น ผมเองเคยเจอสถานการณ์ที่มีคนพูดเรื่องลับหลังในทางลบ เช่นกับประโยคที่ว่า "มึงว่าปะ กูว่าแม่งหนัก กว่าอีนี่ไม่ปกติ!" ซึ่งเป็นตัวอย่างของคำพูดติเตียนที่ไม่สร้างสรรค์และทำร้ายคนอื่นโดยไม่มีเหตุผลดีๆ เพื่อรับมือกับคนแบบนี้ ผมแนะนำให้เรารักษาความสงบใจ และตั้งแนวคิดว่า คำพูดแบบนี้สะท้อนถึงตัวผู้พูดมากกว่าตัวเรา เพราะความเห็นลบเหล่านั้นมักมาจากความไม่มั่นคงหรือความอิจฉาในใจของเขา อีกทั้งการพัฒนาตัวเอง โฟกัสกับเป้าหมายชีวิต และรักษาความมั่นใจ จะช่วยให้เราไม่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของคำพูดเป็นพิษเหล่านี้ และทำให้ชีวิตมีความสุขมากขึ้นโดยไม่ต้องเสียเวลาหมกมุ่นกับเรื่องไร้สาระ สุดท้าย สิ่งสำคัญคือการเลือกคบคนที่จริงใจ มีจิตใจดี และเข้าใจเรา เพื่อสร้างสังคมที่เต็มไปด้วยความเข้าใจและสนับสนุนกัน ไม่ใช่สังคมที่เต็มไปด้วยความอิจฉาริษยาและคำพูดลับหลังที่ทำร้ายจิตใจคนอื่นครับ
