Do you hire Help or are you the Help? Have you ever thought about paying for someone to help you clean the house? I know for most people it seems like an unnecessary expense but at what cost does mental health issues come due to the clutter or not being able to upkeep your home or constantly upkeep, but it never ends. I am the type of person that is cleaning nonstop all day every day but sometimes I just get tired. Sometimes my brain gets tired. I think of myself as a very disciplined person very clean person very tidy person and I’m a minimalist in my own way, of course but still sometimes I catch myself, overwhelming myself, and putting myself down on the days that I can’t keep up because I’m tired or don’t feel well. So I have made it a normal thing for us to hire help whenever I need it. I don’t feel bad for doing so and I enjoy it . If you are the type of person that says you don’t have the resources or the luxury to do this answer a few questions for me. Do you go out to eat? Do you overspend on clothes? Do you overspend in any area of your life where you think that you can cut back a little bit if your answer is yes then you more than likely can afford it. Just choose yourself and your mental health. There is many resources and groups on Facebook where you can ask around and find someone in your budget that is willing to come clean your house a few times a month a few times a week or whenever you need it.
