1. Find opportunities in the Internal Opportunitions

This is the best way for line movers!

👊👊 Look for a Nearby Job: Are there any new projects on your team? Try volunteering to help with the crawl section, meeting summaries, or paperwork.

✍️✍️ Analyze and Improve Your Own Work Process: Let's draw your team's current work Flow and think about what steps you can take to improve it. Let's do it as a presentation paper. This is a small BA job.

👉👉 an "interpreter." Translation: If you can talk to IT, try to volunteer to be a small liaison between your team and IT.

2. Personal Projects

If the current job doesn't stand a chance, build it yourself!

💻💻 Choose a regular app or web: Try playing a BA and analyze it, such as "If we are a BA of the Shopee app, what features will we add?"

✍️✍️ Write it out as a document: Try writing a User Story for that new feature, draw a simple Wireframe (screen outline), and draw a Process Flow on how the user will implement that feature.

👉👉 Collect as Portfolio: Put these into a Portfolio (maybe Google Slides or a simple web) to display job applications and interviews.

3. Take an online course and find a Certificate

Having a certificate will greatly enhance the credibility of your profile.

📢📢 Online Courses: Platforms like Coursera, Udemy, Skooldio have many courses on Business Analysis, Agile, SQL. Try finding popular courses and learning to store knowledge and Certificate.

🎗️🎗️ International Certificate: If serious and outstanding, the certificate from the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) will be very acceptable. For beginners, it will suit the ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis).
