จากประสบการณ์ตรง การอ่านหนังสือแบบเดิมๆ ที่อ่านทวนซ้ำๆ บ่อยครั้งทำให้สมองจำแค่ระยะสั้น ลองมาเปลี่ยนวิธีเป็นใช้ Active Recall ดูนะครับ โดยการหยุดอ่านแล้วลองนึกทบทวนว่าเพิ่งอ่านอะไรไปจริงๆ การทำแบบนี้จะกระตุ้นการดึงข้อมูลออกจากสมองซึ่งช่วยให้เก็บไว้ได้นานขึ้นอย่างเห็นผล อีกเทคนิคที่ผมชอบมากคือสูตร Pomodoro ที่เน้นโฟกัสการอ่าน 25 นาที แล้วพัก 5 นาที ช่วยลดความเหนื่อยล้าของสมอง แถมทำให้มีสมาธิเต็มที่ ด้วยวิธีนี้ผมสามารถอ่านหนังสือได้นานขึ้นโดยไม่รู้ตัวเลยครับ นอกจากนี้การจดสรุปแบบ Cornell ที่แบ่งหน้ากระดาษเป็นส่วนเนื้อหา คีย์เวิร์ด และสรุป ช่วยให้เวลาทบทวนสามารถมองไปที่คีย์เวิร์ดแล้วรีเฟรชความจำได้ทันที เรียกว่าประหยัดเวลามากครับ สุดท้าย การนอนหลับมีบทบาทสำคัญมากในการ'เซฟ'ข้อมูลที่เรียนมา ถ้าอดนอน บางทีความรู้ที่เราอ่านมาทั้งวันอาจหายไปเกือบครึ่ง! การนอนให้เพียงพอและมีคุณภาพ จึงเป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่จะช่วยให้สมองเราจัดเก็บความจำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เทคนิคง่ายๆ เหล่านี้ ผมลองทำตามจนเข้าใจว่าการเรียนไม่ใช่แค่การอ่านผ่านๆ แต่คือการใช้สมองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อช่วยจำและนำไปใช้ได้จริงครับ
