Reaching my self goals all 2025 🥰💪🏽 #newyearnewmindset #fruitfast #fastingandpraying #2025glowup #healthylifestyle
Hey everyone! I'm so excited to finally share that I'm kicking off my 30-day fruit fast! This is such a big step for me to reach my self-goals and really commit to a #newyearnewmindset for my #2025glowup. I've been planning this for a while, and it feels amazing to finally start taking action towards a #healthylifestyle. One of the biggest parts of getting ready for a 30-day fruit fast is the preparation, especially for the first week. I spent quite a bit of time on my "Week 1 Groceries" haul to make sure I had everything I needed. I focused on a variety of fresh, seasonal fruits that would keep me energized and satisfied. I managed to get a really good selection of "1st week fruits" like apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, and berries. I even found some great deals at a few different stores, keeping my total grocery spend to about "Total $48" for the whole week! It definitely felt like a win to stock up without breaking the bank, even doing a quick stop at places like "Dollar General" for some essentials. My "first two days prep done" was all about making things easy for myself. I washed and pre-cut a lot of my fruit, storing them in airtight containers so they'd be ready to grab. This is key for staying consistent, especially when you're busy! I also focused on hydration. One of my favorite tips is "making ice cubes for my water" with a few berries or lemon slices inside. It makes plain water so much more appealing and helps me hit my daily water intake goals without even thinking about it. This journey isn't just about what I eat; it's also about mental and spiritual well-being, which ties into my #fastingandpraying approach. It's a holistic cleanse for me. I know there will be challenges, like cravings or moments of low energy, but I'm ready to push through. I'm focusing on listening to my body, staying hydrated, and reminding myself of why I started this. The thought of feeling lighter, more energetic, and seeing that "2025 glow-up" keeps me motivated. If you've ever considered a fruit fast or are looking for ways to boost your health, I hope sharing my experience helps! I'll be posting updates on my journey, including what I'm eating, how I'm feeling, and any tips I pick up along the way. Stay tuned for more on my 30-day fruit fast adventure!
