normally I would email back prices and stores . but this one was kinda fun. and I don't know where, scary lady went?
so first off notice the layers, in the dress. you are looking for a tattered feel, or inspired dress, you can poof it out with tattered chunks, and or a tattered underskirt.

picture four is just an example.. you would hand a quality antler band, and I would suggest a tie on or an elastic backed band. and at the ponts where the antlers sit on the skull I would add Velcro to the skull and band just to add some strength and hold but still removable touch to your outfit..
antler bands can be found by tons of creators and on etsy . so go find the ones you love the most.
