Promised to Love myself more
And I stuck to that promise. ♥️
We all have our own healing journey and experiences that shape us. ✨
Mine was for years and I didn’t realize I was had functioning depression. I didn’t know that was a thing.
I was trapped in many karmic and self-sabotaging loops repeating the same crap in a different environment and attracting the same type of people that I didn’t want to attract.
When 2020 hit I had a chance to really see where the issues were and what they were deeply rooted in.
I began to see the light and to work with a therapist and coach and crawl my way out the whole .
Self love ❤️ is so important. And shows up in different ways.
Good luck to all those who are still finding out how to best love themselves .
I love you and I wish you the best ♥️

Self-love is a crucial journey for many, often marked by deep reflection and healing. In my ‘healing era,’ I discovered the significance of connecting with a therapist and learning to embrace my vulnerabilities. It’s vital to understand that recognizing our mental health struggles, like depression, is the first step toward recovery. 2020 presented numerous challenges, yet it also opened doors to self-discovery. By breaking free from self-sabotaging patterns and negative cycles, I found myself on a path toward genuine self-acceptance. Surrounding ourselves with supportive individuals is essential, as is practicing kindness towards ourselves. As we navigate through mental health challenges, prioritizing wellness and taking time for self-care can lead to profound transformations. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help if needed, as there's strength in vulnerability. Remember, loving yourself is not just a destination but a continuous journey. Good luck to all who are on their quest for self-love! Embrace each step, as every bit of progress counts.
