People who constantly complain that "there's nothing to do" get on my nerves. 😂

Y'all... I finally made it to The Battery, and I gotta admit, that whole area around the Atlanta Braves stadium is a pretty chill spot to kick it.

Now let's be clear... I'm not suddenly becoming a baseball fan. I tried years ago and quickly discovered it wasn't my ministry. 🤣 Football? Love it. Basketball? Love it. WWE? Absolutely. Baseball and soccer? Currently accepting prayer requests. 😂

But I'm determined. Lord willing, I'll understand baseball by 2027 and soccer by 2030. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Especially since I plan on traveling internationally when FIFA comes back around. Listen... them soccer fans don't play. They ride for their teams with a level of loyalty that's almost biblical. As a lifelong Falcons fan, I recognize suffering, perseverance, and unwavering faith when I see it. 😭😂

Romans 5 talks about perseverance building character. If that's true, Falcons fans should be the most spiritually mature people in America by now. 🤣

The Beltline, Avalon, Ponce City Market, and now The Battery are all my kind of vibe. Give me somewhere I can sit, people-watch, grab some good food, enjoy a drink, and finish the evening with ice cream. That's a solid day right there. 😁

I've also been discovering some new parks. And when I say parks, I mean REAL parks. Trees. Nature trails. Shade. Birds making random noises. The kind of place where you can walk, pray, think, and hear God without somebody blasting music from a Bluetooth speaker every 15 feet.

Maybe it's just me, but Piedmont Park never did much for me. Too much concrete, not enough nature. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I want a park that looks like God built it, not a park that looks like a city planner got halfway done and went home. 😂

Sometimes we spend so much time saying there's nothing to do that we never appreciate what's already around us. God has given us plenty of places to explore, people to meet, and experiences to enjoy. Sometimes you just gotta get up, go outside, and see what He's been trying to show you all along.
