You won't always be the fastest or the strongest...so be the smartest. 💯

Repentance vs. Redemption vs. Revenge

Listen here, nephews and nieces...these three all start with R, but only two will help you sleep good at night. 😂

Repentance is when you look in the mirror and say, "Aight Lord...that one was on me." It's owning your mess instead of writing a 14-page report on why everybody else is the problem. Pride points fingers. Wisdom checks the mirror.

Redemption is God's specialty. He'll take your worst season, your biggest fumble, that relationship you should've left in 2023, and somehow turn it into a testimony. That's why your past is supposed to be a lesson...not your permanent address.

Revenge? Whew...that's your flesh talking. 😂 That's you checking their Facebook at 2 a.m., hoping life done humbled them. That's posting "I'm so blessed" knowing good and well you want ONE specific person to see it. Stop it. 🤣

Here's the difference...

Repentance changes your heart.

Redemption changes your story.

Revenge usually changes your court date...or your blood pressure. 😭

One brings peace.

One brings purpose.

One brings problems.

The world says, "Get even."

The Bible says, "Leave room for God." (Romans 12:19)

I've lived long enough to tell you...every fight ain't worth fighting. Some people are already living in the consequences of their own decisions. You don't have to help God collect.

Sometimes the biggest flex isn't proving somebody wrong...

It's becoming the kind of person they no longer have access to.

Now that's grown folks' business. 🙌🏾
