* Fill in the KS2 document (download on the website or fill in the page)
* Animal owner's ID card
* Register of the house in which the animal lives.

* Vaccination certificate (if applicable)
* Sterilization certificate (if applicable)
* Power of attorney (In case of depositing others, proceeding instead)
3. Submit documents and wait to receive the card.
