My current lunch obsession right now 🤤

Super easy and sooo good. If you’re scared of cottage cheese like I was, do yourself a favor and just try it. So good and packed with protein!!

After toasting your bread (I love the Trader Joe’s gluten free bread), throw on some cottage cheese and add your red pepper flakes (I like a lot!) then some bacon bits for flavvv. You can skip this if you prefer! Drizzle with honey and you’re good to go

I like to add a fruit for volume, usually a banana or grapes 👩🏼‍🍳🤌🏻
