I fumbled explaining foundation shades, forgot skincare steps mid-pitch, and even recommended a lipstick that clashed with a client’s skin tone. I’m in my second year as a pharmacy tech and let me tell you it’s very hard to pronounce all of these names and remember everything! it’s ok to mess up and even admit to the costumer that you don’t know/remember! i used to be embarrassed if i pronounced something wrong but i just ask for help from more experienced workers or tell the costumer to give me grace 😭
