She has this gold digger energy, if you ask me.

My brother got engaged last year, ever since then, his fiancée has been acting like she already owns every little thing with our last name on it. We’re not rolling in cash or anything, just a regular comfortable family. But we do have a couple of properties and a small family business my dad built from scratch.

Lately, she’s been dropping lines like: “After we tie the knot, we’ll probably move into your dad’s place” or “When we take over the business…” Like it’s already a done deal. She even brought up how inheritance works once, and whether my parents plan to split everything right down the middle. Total gold digger energy, if you ask me.

My brother says I’m just being too harsh, but her sense of entitlement is off the charts. I just don’t want him to get blindsided later. Like, what if she’s only in it for the stuff?

Honestly she’s already got him wrapped around her finger and for the most ridiculous reason she’s marrying him for his money and he knows it very well but he doesn’t seem to care about it that much. Also just because she marrying into your family doesn’t mean that she should be owed any inheritance money. If I was your parents I wouldn’t give her anything

She'd only get that inheritance money of hubby wanted to share it with her or she killed him. This is giving murder doc to me. Then again, I'm back on the sauce so I could be reading into it.
