75 HOTTER Fall Challenge - For the Girls!

Let’s do it together!!

I got this idea from @itsmejadeb on tiktok and the concept is essentially 75 HARD challenge, but modified for the girls! (Of course anyone can participate!!)

This is a 75 day wellness challenge that is geared toward living a more healthy lifestyle.

In this challenge I will be adjusting my diet, fitness, wellness, and self care routines to be better for me! Feel free to either use my list, or create a version that works best for you. The goal here is at the end of the 75 days, you feel like a better version of yourself and forget you’re even doing a “challenge” because this has now become your new healthy life style. WE CAN DO IT!

My Rules:

1. 10,000 hot girl steps a day

2. 5x per week Workouts - for me, walking is not considered a workout. I want to sweat and have the workout be at least 20 min in duration.

3. Prioritize protein in every meal

4. 3 bite rule: Can still have the chocolate, cheese bites, ice cream, etc. but on a three bite rule! We are not eliminating, but we are balancing.

5. 64 oz of water per day!

6. Can drink for celebratory reasons or on a night out with friends. No drinking at home/or alone, no shots. No drinking to “get really drunk” but in a more feel good/confident. For me i am doing 2-3 drink max.

7. Read before bed instead of scrolling every night

8. Read/listen/watch something informative every day (news, article, textbook, course, etc)

9. Keep your space clean- doing a clean sweep before bed every night so you wake up in a healthy space

10. Cutting out toxic people in the dating world

11. Journal and/or meditate 1x per day

12. One outwardly aesthetic self care thing a week (face mask, massage, etc)
