Hi!

I love to fill my body with nutrients it needs especially with my autoimmune disease: Lupus.

This is why I take protein with my auto immune disease:

Protein plays a crucial role in supporting the immune system, which is essential for managing autoimmune disorders. It helps in producing antibodies, which are vital for fighting off infections and regulating immune responses. Protein is necessary for tissue repair and cell regeneration, which can be beneficial in managing the effects of autoimmune disorders on the body.

Here’s the benefits of daily protein intake:

Consuming protein in the morning can kick-start your metabolism, help you feel full longer, and support muscle repair and growth after overnight fasting. Daily protein intake aids in muscle maintenance, weight management, and overall satiety, while also supporting various bodily functions.

The protein I take is Vegan, Gluten Free, non GMO. It is a vegetable based pea protein so you’re going to absorb it all.

Let’s talk mushrooms!

Mushroom powder, particularly certain types like reishi, maitake, and shiitake, contains bioactive compounds that have been linked to immune-modulating effects.
