Let’s thrift for home decor!!
Here are a few of my favorite finds from some recent thrifting trips.
💫 Glass vase - the way my breath stopped when I saw this beauty.. I’ve never put in cart so quick. She’s a nice mix of delicate and sturdy, a gorgeous addition to my altar.
💫 Hippo Cookie Jar - the missing lid didn’t bother me, I can use it for so many things but I’m really thinking a fun vase for spring/summer.
💫 Candle holder - I should post the pretty 🌿 this casts on the wall when a candle is lit inside. 🥰
💫 Horse purse - technically not home decor but deserves to be seen. Love her. 🐎
💫 Glass bowl - currently intended for candy to be out for snacking but I got a little too snacky so just beautifully on my counter..
💫 Happy Planter - I didn’t buy this guy and I regret it.
💫 Bailey’s cup - I’m a wh0re for anything with my name on it and I already have a boy cup so it was fate.
💫 Serving Glass Bowl - I couldn’t get over the twirling handle.
💫 Pie Server - I just got tired of using a knife to serve pie and saw this beauty. 😍

Thrifting has become a popular trend for those looking to add character to their living spaces without breaking the bank. Many thrift stores are brimming with hidden gems, ranging from vintage home decor to quirky kitchenware. Some ideas for unique decor items include glass vases that serve as stunning centerpieces or candle holders that create beautiful ambiance. Cookie jars, like the Libby hippo version, can bring a playful element to your kitchen while also being functional. For lovers of plants, happy planters can not only house your greenery but also serve as charming decor. If you’re seeking stylish food serving solutions, don’t miss out on pie servers and decorative bowls that make hosting much easier. When thrifting, keep an open mind and think outside the box; even items that don’t have an obvious home decor function can be repurposed creatively. For example, a horse purse may be a fun wall display when not in use, and whimsical items like personalized cups can add a personal touch to your kitchenware. With the rise of sustainable living, thrifted home decor aligns perfectly with eco-conscious trends, allowing individuals to curate unique homes while supporting a circular economy. Before heading out to thrift, consider your style preferences and the types of items that will complement your space—this enables purposeful shopping and reduces impulse buys. Happy thrifting!
