Once, a friend ordered delicious sandwiches and had them delivered to my office — enough to comfortably feed 6 or more people.
It was such a pleasant surprise. Unexpected. Thoughtful.
Butterflies everywhere. I felt genuinely wooed… almost fell in love for a second — lapse in judgment 😅
Then reality checked me:
