Faith over fear
Being diagnosed with a chronic illness that left me physically paralyzed from the neck down could have broken me. Yet every time I went back to God to ask why me the response I got was always the same. So today I invest in myself physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually so l can see the bigger picture.
Physically: I go to the gym at-least 3 times a week and go for walks.
Emotionally: I take a step back when I'm feeling overwhelmed and look at the bigger picture.
Mentally: I stay away from things that can ruin my mental clarity and clear my mind.
Spiritually: I go to church every week and do Bible studies once a week plus pray every night.
Taking a leap of faith on yourself can seem scary but keep in mind tomorrow is never promised so do today what you've been wanting to do. Start small work your way to bigger!
For me in 2024 | decided I wanted to be able to work from home. Today I am a content creator, reviewing products for different brands while being able to have time for myself and family.
