Unwind For The Weekend
I used to go from work → stress → sleep
no reset, no pause, no time for me
and I didn’t realize how much it was draining me
so I started doing this instead…
✨ I slow my nights down
✨ I stop rushing everything
✨ I give myself at least 30 minutes to unwind
not perfect… just intentional
and honestly? I feel lighter
