A plus size girly accepting her body 🫶

Hey girlys I’m a plus size woman who is trying to learn how to love the body she’s in ! I’ve always had a stomach and my whole life I’ve tried to hide it . But I’m tired ! I’m tired of being insecure about my body any time I put on clothes . I’m tired of trying to find clothes that hide my stomach . I’m tired of always tugging on my clothes to try and make them fit a certain way ! I wanna be happy wearing whatever I wanna wear, in this body here ! This was the first time in a long time that I haven’t worn an outfit to try and “camouflage” my stomach ! I felt so good . I felt so confident . I felt like this is something I wanna start working towards more .

So if you’re a plus size girly who is struggling with this here’s your inspo ! I know it’s not easy but I promise we got this !

... Read moreBody positivity has become an empowering movement, especially for plus-size individuals who often face societal pressure regarding their appearance. Embracing your body means wearing clothes that make you feel proud and confident rather than trying to conform to unrealistic beauty standards. The journey often involves breaking free from the negative mindset surrounding body image, learning to love oneself, and understanding that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. Plus-size fashion has evolved, providing more options that celebrate curves in trendy ways. Look for brands that focus on body-inclusive collections that prioritize comfort and style. Engaging with supportive communities can also boost your confidence. Many social media platforms and forums allow plus-size individuals to share their experiences, fashion finds, and advice. Use hashtags like #PlussizeFashion, #BodyPositive, and #PlusSizeConfidence to connect with others who share similar journeys. Remember that every body is beautiful, and your value isn't dictated by a number on a scale. Celebrate your uniqueness, embrace your body, and inspire others to do the same!
