This book had such a beautiful and heartbreaking concept—calling someone you’ve lost and actually hearing their voice again. It really pulled at my emotions, and the idea of finding closure through one last connection felt so real.
That said, I wish Julie had a bit more personality. Sometimes she felt a little flat, and I wanted to connect with her more emotionally, especially considering everything she was going through.
